At HPWebStar, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions. Due to the nature of our services, all refund requests are handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
Project advances and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. These payments cover planning, research, design, and development activities already performed.
SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, PPC, and other recurring services are billed monthly and are non-refundable after the service period has started.
Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not qualify for refunds for completed work.
If a project cannot continue due to client inactivity, delays, or failure to provide required information, payments made remain non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only where HPWebStar is unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances solely under our control.
